PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: June 1, 2026
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to set out how Instant Cash Code (“us”, “we”, or “our”) obtains, processes, stores, and uses your personal information. Instant Cash Code takes the privacy of your data very seriously. This policy should be read in conjunction with our general Terms & Conditions and our Income & Earnings Disclaimer.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding this Privacy Policy, please contact the Instant Cash Code administration team via email at helpdesk@instantcashcode.com.
We may collect the following personal information from you when you register an account, purchase access to the platform, use our software tools, or communicate with our support desk:
Identity & Contact Data: First name, last name, and valid email address.
Account Tracking Metrics: Username, account status (e.g., Free Member vs. Active Member), referral/genealogy data, IP addresses, and login timestamps.
System Usage Statistics: To optimize our application dashboard, we automatically log service-related diagnostic data, device type, browser version, and general interaction behavior within the members area.
Payment Metadata: We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. All payments are processed securely through our verified, third-party merchant processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We retain only payment confirmation metadata (transaction IDs, timestamps, and payment status) required to track commissions.
Instant Cash Code operates as a direct-sales tracking and affiliate management platform utilizing a "Reverse 1-Up" compensation tracking architecture. Because of how this tracking logic operates, data sharing within the affiliate network is an essential function of the service.
Sharing with Sponsors (Upline): When you register as a member (including as a Free Member) through an affiliate’s referral link, certain contact information (specifically your name, email address, registration date, and membership status) will be made visible to your direct referring sponsor and/or the qualified upline affiliate receiving the tracking data. This allows affiliates to provide support, manage team communications, and track system credentials.
Sharing with Referrals (Downline): If you act as an active affiliate and refer others to the system, your contact name and business email will be visible to your direct referrals so they can contact you for platform guidance.
By registering an account with Instant Cash Code, you explicitly consent to this operational data flow. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your contact details to external, third-party marketing brokers.
We process and utilize your personal data for the following essential business purposes:
To provision your user account, verify license access, and maintain the integrity of our affiliate tracking systems.
To calculate, route, and log affiliate commission structures accurately.
To transmit critical service-related messages, system updates, maintenance alerts, or changes to our legal agreements.
To provide technical support and resolve customer service inquiries.
To enforce our anti-spam policies, prevent fraudulent chargebacks ("friendly fraud"), and protect the platform from unauthorized bot activities.
To comply with federal regulatory requirements, including court orders or investigations by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Instant Cash Code utilizes cookies, web beacons, and unique session identifiers to ensure the platform functions properly.
Affiliate Tracking Cookies: We employ persistent tracking cookies to remember which affiliate referred a visitor to our landing pages. These cookies ensure that if a prospect returns to buy later, the correct affiliate is credited with the tracking data.
Session Cookies: Used to keep you securely logged into your member dashboard.
Analytics & Pixels: We may utilize tracking pixels (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixels) to measure traffic performance and optimize our marketing funnels. You can manage or completely disable cookies through your personal browser settings at any time.
We only share your data with trusted third parties who act as essential service providers for our operations:
Technology Providers: Email delivery infrastructure systems (for automated transactional or system updates) and cloud hosting networks.
Payment Gateways: Merchant processors handling financial compliance.
Legal Compliance: We reserve the right to disclose user information to legal counsel, accountants, or law enforcement agencies if necessary to protect our brand assets, defend against litigation/chargebacks, or satisfy federal statutory mandates.
The security of your data is paramount. We implement industry-standard technical, physical, and administrative security protocols designed to prevent unauthorized data access, leakage, or destruction. We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains open or as necessary to preserve proper bookkeeping and commission tracking records under applicable tax and commercial laws.
You maintain full control over your personal information.
Access & Export: You may request a copy of the specific personal information we hold regarding your account by emailing our support desk.
Updating Information: You are responsible for keeping your email address accurate and updated. You can modify your profile details directly inside the member dashboard profile section at any time.
Account Deletion (The Right to be Forgotten): You may request the permanent deletion of your account and personal details via the dashboard or by contacting support. Note: Deleting your account permanently deletes your tracking history, and you forfeit all historical positioning within the tracking framework.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy as platform features evolve or federal privacy regulations change. When updates are finalized, we will modify the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the website or member dashboard after changes are posted constitutes your explicit agreement to the updated terms.
