1. All Sales Are Final – Strictly No Refunds
Instant Cash Code provides immediate, unmitigated access to proprietary digital products, automated marketing software, funnel architectures, and educational training materials upon completion of payment. Because these assets are completely intangible and are delivered digitally in real-time, they cannot be physically "returned."
2. Rationale for the Policy
By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are gaining immediate intellectual and operational access to digital assets, tracking links, and proprietary training. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent digital piracy, the unauthorized copying of our system blueprints, and the abuse of our automated dashboard capabilities.
3. Pre-Purchase Acknowledgment & Consent
By clicking "Purchase," "Join," or checking the agreement box at checkout, you affirmatively agree that:
You have read, understood, and accepted this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You waive any right to claim a refund or reversal of fees based on buyer’s remorse, a change of mind, or a lack of personal financial results.
You authorize Instant Cash Code (and its third-party payment processors) to charge your payment method for the full specified amount immediately.
Because Instant Cash Code requires a one-time platform fee with no recurring monthly subscriptions, there are no ongoing billing agreements to cancel. However, users may choose to voluntarily close or resign their account at any time.
Process: You may request permanent account closure by using the account deletion feature inside the member dashboard or by submitting a formal request to our support desk.
Effect of Closure: Voluntary account closure is permanent and irreversible. Upon processing your request, your access to the member area, training modules, marketing software, and unique affiliate tracking links will be immediately and permanently revoked.
No Reinstatement of Pass-Ups: If you voluntarily close your account, any active affiliate positioning, downline data, or tracking metrics within the Reverse 1-Up system are permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered or transferred if you decide to re-register at a later date.
Instant Cash Code takes a zero-tolerance approach to fraudulent chargebacks and "friendly fraud" (purchasing a service, utilizing it, and then filing a dispute with a bank to avoid payment).
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer, your Instant Cash Code account will be permanently terminated immediately without notice, and your affiliate tracking data will be permanently deleted. Furthermore, Instant Cash Code reserves the right to submit this signed agreement, your IP log details, dashboard activity metrics, and proof of digital delivery directly to your banking institution to contest the dispute to the fullest extent allowed by law.
