The website, member dashboard, software tools, training materials, and associated services (collectively, "the Service" or "Platform") are owned and operated by Instant Cash Code (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By registering an account, purchasing access, or using any part of the Service, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Earnings Disclaimer.

Age Requirement: You explicitly agree and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
Compliance with Local Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, statutes, and regulations regarding your online conduct and marketing practices where you live.
Account Accuracy: You must maintain a valid, working email address within your user profile. You agree to update your profile immediately if your email address changes.
Communications Notice: By creating an account, you agree to accept operational and promotional email updates regarding our program. To protect your inbox, we enforce a strict anti-spam communication policy and make every effort to limit general mailings to four (4) or fewer per week.
No Recurring Fees: Instant Cash Code requires a one-time platform licensing fee. There are no ongoing monthly or recurring subscription billing cycles to manage or cancel.
Voluntary Closure: You maintain the right to close your account and resign from the program at any time. You may execute this instantly by using the self-cancellation feature inside your secure members area. Alternatively, you may request account closure via our official support ticket system, which will be processed within forty-eight (48) hours during standard business days (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
Effect of Account Closure: Once an account is voluntarily closed, your license to access the Platform, training modules, software tools, and unique affiliate tracking links is permanently revoked. Any historical tracking data, team positioning, or data routing within our Reverse 1-Up system is immediately forfeited and cannot be recovered or transferred.
This Service is provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, or data accuracy. We do not guarantee that access to the website or dashboard software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from server delays.
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Instant Cash Code, its creators, operators, employees, platform developers, assigns, or successors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from your use of, or inability to use, this Service and the software or files contained within it.
This limitation applies to, but is not limited to:
Reliance on any information, training, or strategies obtained through the Service.
Mistakes, omissions, interruptions, errors, defects, system bugs, viruses, or transmission delays.
Any failure of performance, whether or not limited to acts of God, communications network failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to our records, programs, or databases.
In the unlikely event that this program should ever terminate its operations, its creators, operators, employees, assigns, and successors shall not be held liable for any operational or financial loss whatsoever to our customers or affiliates.
Individuals and sites involved directly or indirectly with the following activities are strictly NOT ELIGIBLE to maintain a membership. Engaging in these activities will result in immediate account termination without notice or recourse:
Providing, hosting, or linking to unlicensed content, pornography, warez, pirated software, hacking applications, or email harvesting systems.
Utilizing unauthorized automated software bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with, exploit, or extract data from our websites or dashboards.
Distributing materials or utilizing marketing copy that endorses violence, hatred, revenge, racism, victimization, illegal gambling, or criminal activity.
Instant Cash Code operates as an advanced affiliate tracking system. Because the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) holds both the platform and its individual affiliates accountable for marketing transparency, you strictly agree to the following conduct rules when promoting your affiliate link:
A. Zero-Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy: You are strictly prohibited from sending unsolicited commercial email messages (spam). If you participate in spamming or irresponsible marketing practices on behalf of ANY product, service, or link, your Instant Cash Code membership will be permanently terminated immediately.
B. Prohibited Income Claims: You may not make false, deceptive, or unsubstantiated income claims, or promise "guaranteed passive wealth." If you share your personal tracking results, you must clearly state that results are not typical and explicitly link to the official Instant Cash Code Income Disclaimer.
C. Clear FTC Affiliate Disclosures: Whenever you share your promotional link on social media (including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or blogs), you must provide a clear, conspicuous disclosure identifying that you earn a commission on sales. You must use clear tags (such as #Ad or #Affiliate) placed visibly before a prospect clicks your link.
We reserve the right to monitor platform metrics and marketing activity. Members caught spamming, violating FTC compliance guidelines, causing brand damage to our program, harassing other members or administrators, or attempting to reverse-engineer our software tools will face immediate account termination at our sole discretion. Terminated accounts forfeit all access, platform features, and system tracking data permanently, and serious violations may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, add, or delete sections of these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Earnings Disclaimer as our software and platform architecture evolve. When major updates occur, notice will be delivered via a prominent broadcast inside the member dashboard or sent directly to your registered profile email address. Continued use of the website or dashboard software following the posting of an updated agreement constitutes your explicit, binding acceptance of the revised terms.
